[#16] Exhausted

[ immediately after getting back, Winry ran around town a bit just to assure herself that it was all there and back sure people were okay. Though it didn't take long for her exhaustion to catch up with her, and inspire her to go home and finish up with the phone. Besides, she was sure they'd be out checking up on people too. ]

Hey, Envy! Call me when you get time, got it?! Don't make me come check on you myself!
Ling, you too! I'll bake you something if I have to! And um... Ran Fan! Are you doing okay?!
And Miss Olivier, Miss Riza, Keiichi, Zidane, Everyone! Please call as soon as you can too, okay?! I need to know that you're all right!

And Ed, you better not even think about picking up the phone! Go to Al's right now, you got it?! I can wait!

[[ A~nd then she promptly flops over on the couch. The phone is still off the hook and she has it held near her ear, ready to talk when she hears a voice she recognizes. Though all of that Soviet insanity took its toll, and she's slowly drifting in and out of sleep as a result, her occasion sob just barely audible.

If you do contact her, you might want to speak loudly so that she'll wake up. Or just come over and force her to pay attention. ]]
