[#2] Figuring Things Out

Well, I think it's safe to say I've settled in as much as I can. I haven't met my "father" or "mother" yet, but I'm not having any problems with them and Charlotte's nice, so I don't see any reason to complain. Ed got me a screwdriver so I've been taking things apart. The toasters are really interesting on the inside!

But I can't just stand around and wait for Ed and Al to find a way out of here. I know they're trying really hard, and I really want to help them, but I doubt they'd be thrilled to let me get involved. Does anyone know of any way I can help out? I guess my only "talent" is with mechanics, and a bit of medicine... But I want to try! I want to help them!

How've you both been? Ed, thanks so much for Friday~. It was fun. We should do something like that again sometime. Maybe Al could come too? Even if it's just walking around together...

Elysia, do you mind if I come over later? We can play and draw pictures if you want. Has everyone been taking good care of you? Ed's not boring when he comes over, is he?

Yeah, maybe... But there really isn't much to look at. He rarely comes to visit nowadays, unless he's busted up my his automail... And he's always such an insensitive jerk when he visits. Almost all of our conversations end in fights... I know "that's how boys are" but still...

Oh well. I'm used to it.
