There are some really wonderful cookbooks in the library. People have mentioned to me that I was once a chef here, so I have been doing a little reading here and there about cooking. Are you already familiar with those dishes?

Ahaha. XD I have heard that it is unfortunate that I cannot remember, so I have been trying to relearn. Not being able to taste food will make things difficult though, I think. ^.^;

Fondue is often a cheese dip with breads and meats and vegetables, so perhaps that would be a good one to start with. The cheese is kept melted with a heat source of some sort, and is usually mixed with a white wine. Or so I have read. XD
