[ Not that she'd admit it, but Winry's not a big fan of thunder. Especially considering what day it reminds her of, and how dangerous Mayfield is.  She's tried to calm herself, but she can't help but look to the door every few seconds, afraid that a certain blond is going to come in covered in blood again. ]

... hey... Ed? Are the phones working?

[ She finally breaks down and decides to try calling. Maybe that'll calm her down? She doesn't want it obvious that she's a bit freaked out, so tries to sound as calm as possible. ]

... Are you there? Can you pick up the phone?
