[#18] Hand for Healing

[ Well, after getting over the initial trauma of losing her hand, Winry's dragged herself out of the self-pity corner. Sure, being one-handed is going to take a bit of getting used to, but she's not one who likes sitting around. ]

That's what I get... At least it looks like it's healing nicely....nngh... [ though, looking at it makes Winry cringe. ]

I'm not much help right now, but if anyone needs any sort of help with their injuries than let me know, okay? I can at least help you change to fresher bandages...

Al, are you okay? Give me a call when you get the chance, I'd like to come visit you. Ling, the same goes for you, okay?

And Ed. We probably need to talk about what to do for your arm, huh? 

I can wait for your calls, so take your time.

[ and after hanging up, she curls up by the phone and sighs. ]  Now I'm even less of a help to them.

I'll come by for a visit soon, then, to take measurements.

Don't worry, I'll figure something out. Losing a hand isn't going to stop me. Kind of an ironic injury for me though, huh?
